As the visionary leader of Metro Security, Tuan Haji Abdul Kader is responsible for setting the direction of the company and leading the workforce into meeting the company vision, which is making client security our priority.
He oversees the functionality of the company, especially from the management and legal direction, ensuring the company-wide policies and procedures are in line with the rules and regulations of the various relevant governing bodies in Malaysia.

The director is responsible for planning and marketing the Company’s sales to be in line with the mission and vision of the Company.
Apart from being responsible for planning the company-wide marketing initiatives, she is also responsible for governing the Company at the head office and the branches throughout Malaysia.

Mr. Kartik is responsible for the daily operations of all the branches in the country. He ensures that the workforce is in order and sufficient to execute the security strategies proposed to our clients. His task includes regular performance evaluation of our officers, recruitment drives and supervision of staff. Besides that, Mr. Kartik is also the direct client liaison when it comes to site surveys and troubleshooting of security execution. He works closely with all of our managers nationwide to make sure that the company’s operating procedures are efficient and
effective.

As a customer liaison and Business Development Manager, En. Herman is responsible for leading the marketing initiatives nationwide. As a manager in the company over the past 15 years, he has been entrusted with delegating every tender briefing that obliges nominees in the Ministry of Finance (MOF) certificate. He works closely with the operations department in the company to bring all our resources together to meet client’s needs when a project is to be kicked off. He is also responsible for ensuring the annual sales target and KDN yearly license renewal procedures.

Iqbal oversees the entire operations process of Metro Security. He acts as the regional officer who supervises staff and projects within the company to ensure that everything operates systematically and effectively. He also liaises with Polis DiRaja Malaysia in our initiative to work in line with the Government process and procedures. Besides that, Iqbal also contributes in the area of training by recruiting qualified law enforcement officers on a regular basis to train our officers.

Mr Basgaran (AMK BKM PJK PCK PJM) has been our Regional Manager since 2001, leading the daily operations and administration in all the Northern Region Branches and ensuring the workforce is in order and sufficient to execute the security strategies proposed to our clients. His task includes regular performance evaluation of our officers, recruitment and senior staff supervision. He also works closely with our Operations Officers to make sure that the operation procedures are efficient and effective.
His experience and training in the Armed Forces had been very effective in training all security staff. His vast exposure to the security business makes him a valuable member of the management team.

Mohamad Sukram Bin Mohamad, BA in Accounting (UUM) and MBA (current), comes from Kota Bahru, Kelantan. Due to his leadership qualities and professionalism in the field of security and safety, he has been flourishing in his position as the Regional Manager for the Eastern Regions of Metro Security Branches.
In addition, he is the patron of the Security Guard Welfare Association for the Eastern Region. A person who is positive and aggressive in achieving goals in life and the afterlife, embellished by a positive and polite attitude, he is well respected by his employees.
Before holding a position at Metro Security, he held important positions in SG4S SDN BHD (also known as SafeGuards), such as Acting Manager, Kuantan. He was responsible for implementing pre-audit procedures to identify and reduce operational risks to ensure compliance with procedures.
